The 3 months I was there for medical, In that time I found the staff,from front end to nurses to aids to kitchen staff to be totally awesome.My opinion is that the aids go over and beyond,and often work with short staff,but still do a awesome job.My recovery went well there.thankyou
I just adore the facility itself, it's truly lovely. However the front desk could benefit from a bit more warmth. I've had trouble getting calls returned, despite leaving messages after speaking with reception early in the day, a promised callback never comes
Hands down the best place. The staff are absolutely the best. If you or your family need the services of a lodge this would be the place to go. Thank you all so much for wonderful love and care that you all showed Terry during his time there.
