THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY I made an online reservation and paid 110 dollars for my appointment ahead of time. I arrived to see a sign that stated they were open for massage that day, but when i called they said they were closed. It has been 5 days and i haven't recieved any follow up and my payment has not been returned. I will be following through with this- this is STOLEN money. They are still listed as available to make an appt online, then you get booked and pay your money and get a confirmation. A couple minutes later you get a cancellation email. No explanation why and worst of all no refund. I reached out to the person over and over trying to see what was going on and she finally texts back that they aren’t open AT ALL. Okay, so give me my money back. Nope, that’s not their policy. It’s a scam, an absolute scam.
I paid for my service and when I arrived the location was locked. I received a text that said they are not providing services and the booking “must have been a mistake” I asked for a refund and gift card and nothing. Over $100 and no service or refund. Won’t even acknowledge my outreach trying to seek some kind of resolution. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your money. If possible I would give zero stars. Sadly I didn’t see the previous reviews since my wife had booked before in the past. The website will take your money and the lady will tell you she doesn’t know why it is still taking reservations. Do not book. It’s a scam.
