We have used Masterpiece Images for over 5 years we always have a great experience. I do have to say that we had spring pictures and graduation pictures done this week and Ms Jay was so awesome with the kids and our staff
Photos are overpriced and the packages are awful. They split siblings under multiple codes so they can charge you more. Plus, they take a month to delivery a singular digital image. Insane!
I was present in a shooting for my child this week and it was pure chaos. So disorganized. I called the office multiple times and no answer. Then finally someone answered and they were so rude. It’s disgraceful. So unsatisfied.
No quality at all. I just sent an email and no feedback.
Great for school portraits! My nephew doesn’t attend preschool but we wanted some traditional portraits. They turned out amazing. Good pricing too.
