I built new starting in 2023 and am thankful that Masterpiece completed my whole home AV setup. The staff was great to work with and extremely knowledgable. The customer service is top tier. Look no further if you are wanting whole home AV setup.

Tried to visit the location during regular posted business hours and they were closed. Tried to call and got no response. I suspect they are permanently out of business so don’t waste your time like I did.
I had been wanting a true "home theater" for my whole life. I stopped into Masterpiece Audio, and happened to catch Adam Perkins. I apologized as they are not a showroom. Adam welcomed me into his office, and we discussed what I was looking for. A couple of weeks later, I decided to pull the trigger on the project. Adam came to my house, and gave me several ideas for hardware based on my oddly shaped finished basement. His crew came in, flawlessly ran cable, audio cables, installed hidden wall speakers, and made an ugly stor... read more
