These girls are absolute life savers! Since moving to the Chelsea area 7 years ago, I have seen Sophie for remedial massage and have had marvellous results in sorting out my sports related niggles. She has a wealth of knowledge and the entire team are also brilliant at what they do. I was heavily pregnant earlier in the year and needing some relief for my lower back so booked in with the girls which assisted greatly!
