Rotten delivery paid in full $5000 advised 2 weeks delivery. Received nearly 2 weeks after that! Co had to come back and move away from side wall which was getting hot, couldnt do it then because they had to order curved flue. When it was finally moved, it at least aligned unit with hearth, which it hadnt before. But using a curved flue, very unsightly! A dog leg, tacked on afterthought. Shout out to Melanie and the team at masterguard in Gawler Belt. My partner and I recently replaced our combustion heater after finding out the 20 year old one installed in the property we purchased in November last year was in defective... The team at masterguard were very helpful and answered our questions. We look forward to enjoying nice warm nights with our beautiful new Eureka Opal!

Organised for someone to come out and give us a quote, we asked them to let us know when they were on their way so we could get there in time to meet them. Did not let us know, so they got to the property early and were then annoyed about making them wait. The person who came out was obviously having a bad day, was rude on the phone and in person, was not helpful at all and did not want to help us. If you need tracks fitted, they cannot help you.
