Material on recliner ripped at seams on seat two weeks after use. Purchased from Trailer RV company in Harrisville PA and they did not stand behind the purchase , only said Mastercraft was responsible. Went back and forth between the two with NO satisfaction. Got stuck with ripped seats on two recliners. We have no pets or young children.
My 2016 Jayco needed replacement Dinnette covers. Malinda/Mastercraft found the perfect match for the color and was fantastic to deal with. My new covers are perfect. I would recommend them for replacement covers. Thank you so much! We had a great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (before and after photos).
Our Master craft Mattress model Essica Lt Gold Whisper shield was made Oct. 2020. Prototype ID CFR-50-F1. We slept about 100 times and our weight is 160 each. The mattress is unusable now, has deep low spots where our hips rest. That sucks. Maybe they can send me a new foam for my to exchange
