Waiting on a claim, product was defect agreed by the sales rep and sales rep gave me 2 weeks to resolve it or up to 2 months. Fair? I’m still waiting to get paid from my customer. I will keep you all informed what will happen from today. Hopefully they are honest enough to take care theses issues.
