They installed the Aircon system 18 years ago. Used to get annual service done but gave up when I found one guy going through my draws. However the machine broke recently and I opened it up to find an old grommet in bits so I got them back in. In 25 minutes they didn't open the outside or inside units at all but did move lots of the storage boxes in my loft - why? A star workmanship. great service. very professional and answered any questions I had clearly. highly recommend.
Poor customer service experience. Went in personally for general advice and assistance but their lack of enthusiasm became quickly evident. I went in expecting good helpful advice with a view to supporting a local business, but sadly disappointed.
Based on my walk to Bromley South Train station - every day this week Mastercool have parked in front of the dropped curb for pedestrians. Not very helpful for those who rely on it being clear...
