They are not even good enough for a star I am paralyzed and in a wheelchair and there driver refused to come down in my driveway or help me get to the van.the driver wouldn’t even get out of the van. If you were smart you would refuse to be transported by them they don’t care about the patients
Seems like your company has a bad reputation for leaving people behind for 3 hours standing around waiting on you...I thought once someone calls in stating they are done with their medical appointment, you have at least an hour to pick them up? Not 3 hours later. Your driver also kept giving Southeast Transportation bogus ETA’s and did not plan on showing up.
