Sam provided great customer service at much lower prices compared to the dealers. I would definitely use Master BMW in the future and recommend this shop to others. My X5 2017 BMW requires air bags springs and top oil gasket replacement, and Sam took the time to diagnose the problems to validate what must be fixed. He is ethical and technically strong.
