I purchased a full bathroom suite,cladding, tiles, a shower, the lot. Staff showed me around the showroom and explained what would work best for my budget. Everything was really high quality especially the bath and sink and overall very reasonably priced. They provided me with the contact details of a bathroom fitter who installed everything to a high quality and at a good price Would recommend for value for money and customer service
Slow to respond to nd to customers.. Often just m left standing there for 10 minutes or more ar the till.. This place is only for South Asian shoppers. There prices I can can elsewhere cheaper especially the tiles

Poor aftersales experience. Spent nearly £2,000 in August 2024 here for a bathroom facelift and over the coming months, a leak developed from a faulty tap. Got a plumber to change the flexi pipes twice and tap still leaking. Called British Gas Homecare and the engineer says the tap is faulty- inner cartridge. Went back to the shop on in Feb’ 25 and was taken to the back of the shop with a small damp toilet with water everywhere.
