I find it very difficult to write negative reviews but today’s massage was substandard. It was supposed to be to be 75 minutes but it definitely went for less than that. Also the masseur just used her elbows through the whole massage. She just dug into me with her elbows and I do not consider this a massage. I asked her quite a few times to use her hands as it was quite painful and rather pointless just massaging me with her elbows and rubbing her forearms over me. She did it for about 20 seconds. Ladies be careful. I caught my husband sending and receiving explicit SMS messages from a girl working at this place. I read many sexy messages and then called the mobile number back, and a girl answered saying the business name. Her name was Amanda. I can't prove it was her, referring to my husband as "my horny" and "sweetheart" but she answered the mobile phone so safe to assume it was her.
I had a wonderful experience at master massage at Balwyn The therapist was professional and attentive. The room was clean and peaceful, and I felt so relaxed afterwards. Highly recommended!
