I completed my Working at Heights refresher yesterday with Sanja at Master Safety and had a great experience. Her teaching style is clear and effective, and she explains things in a way that’s easy to follow. She also brings a bit of humour to the session, which makes the course more enjoyable. I liked the hands-on parts of the training and the way she related everything to real, everyday situations on-site. Overall, Sanja made the refresher engaging and practical, and I’d definitely recommend her.
Excellent. Great safety course for working at heights. Clear explanations, practical demonstrations, and very knowledgeable instructor. I feel much more confident and prepared for real-world situations.

Had to take my Working at heights refresher course and normally these classes although mandatory usually are quite boring and mundane. This wasn't the case here with instructor Sanja. She kept a good pacing and made it quite interactive, fun and engaging. Didn't even realize that 4 hours had already gone by at the end. Good amount of breaks in between as well which ensures that one can absorb, process and retain the information by the end of the course. Highly recommend coming here. I had a great experience taking the Working at Heights Refresher course with instructor Sanja. She was very informative and detailed with explaining the important aspects of the course. She gave real life scenarios and experiences that kept us students engaged. I will make sure to come back here when my permit expires again.
