I decided to make an appointment to get my 7 year old's ears pierced. Over the phone they told me they needed a consultation first. I made the appointment and went with my daughter. They made us wait 15 minutes to see us, but we stuck it out. Nik, the head piercer, took us through the steps. They made sure to tell us a lot of info and were very nice. My experience at Mast Pierce with Kayla studio manager was great! I went in completely nervous and came out happier than I expected. The environment was clean, staff was friendly and they did not hesitate to answer all of my questions (and I had many). Very Professional. I have 3 more piercings planned now that I feel safe and secure!
