Took my suv in to have a sensor replaced. They stayed it was a solenoid. Not a sensor. We told them ok to replace it. They said after replacing it the vehicle was still acting up. We were told they would have to get into the valve covers to get a closer look. After having the suv for almost 2 months we went back it to pick it up only to find out they never actually did anything to it.
Joe and Shane were great to work with. I won't take my truck to anyone else. I'm extremely happy with them. I would give them more stars if I could.
We usually do our own vehicle maintenance but we opted to take my truck to them instead. They replaced the radiator, a pulley (that I took off and couldn't get back on), a sensor, and OEM hoses. Certainly not light work. We received updates and clear communication from Joe. The work was done right! (Side note: everybody goes out of their way to greet you!!) We are very pleased. We have a couple additional vehicles that we will certainly bring to this location, if needed.
My family has been a customer of this location for nearly 15 years, back when it was Master Mufflers, and we never had a real problem until 2026. After two separate incidents, I can no longer recommend this shop. First, I brought in my 2017 Ram 2500 Mega Cab for a heater repair. When I got it back, wires behind the dashboard had been so severely pinched that my backup cameras and phone microphone stopped working. Master Auto Tech denied causing any damage.
