I left the car for diagnosing.After the test they gave me a repair quote and how long to finish repairs. The problem was the injection system needed cleaning and new spark plugs. The car runs perfectly again. Master Auto Tech does consistently great and timely service. They are my go to place for auto care.
About all I can say for this place is that they fixed my car right. Unfortunately, if you’re filing a warranty claim for your vehicle you should stay far away from this place. My deductible is $250 but after the extra charges that this place tacked on my out of pocket charge was $824. They charged more than the national labor standard for the job they did and when I asked, couldn’t explain why. The difference wasn’t covered under warranty. Fixed the issue quickly!
Shane was very helpful and accommodating, very upfront about the diagnostic testing and needed repair and parts replacement for my Camaro SS. I appreciate the honesty and explanations. I will probably take my Tundra to them as well.
