It is unfortunate that, even in 2025, there are still companies that take advantage of people’s immigration status to exploit their labor. I have witnessed firsthand how unfair conditions are imposed — where, in order to earn a better salary, workers are required to work based on production, and if the work does not meet certain standards — often due to lack of experience or proper training — it simply goes unpaid.
