A very good massage parlour; the therapists are very experienced. My back pain has eased considerably today. It’s well worth recommending
Beautiful and very well kept spa in Balwyn! As always, the service is exceptional. Amanda is professional, skilled, and consistently provides an excellent massage. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
I find it very difficult to write negative reviews but today’s massage was substandard. It was supposed to be to be 75 minutes but it definitely went for less than that. Also the masseur just used her elbows through the whole massage. She just dug into me with her elbows and I do not consider this a massage. I asked her quite a few times to use her hands as it was quite painful and rather pointless just massaging me with her elbows and rubbing her forearms over me. She did it for about 20 seconds. Ladies watch out for Amanda. I caught my husband sending and receiving explicit SMS messages from a girl working at this "massage" place. This is bad because I know my husband goes here to "fix" his sore back. I saw a long history of very personal messages and then I called the sender's mobile number back, and a girl answered and said Master Massage and Spa in her greeting. Her name was Amanda.
