Had a great massage with Jack today, for my neck, shoulder and back. Will recommend.
Had an awesome massage with Jack. Have had lots of tightness in triceps and biceps amongst other places from the gym and he found every sore spot and really worked on them. Other massage places I’ve been to it’s very brief on the sore spot but he made sure there was a release. Will definitely be back.

Had a good foot massage here today - good firm pressure and very comfy chairs. One tip would be to bring headphones - not their fault, but the location is just a bit loud and the foot massage chairs are right by the entrance. But pop your earphones in with some relaxing music, and bliss out!
I had a massage yesterday afternoon with Alena. I explained exactly what I needed, deep tissue, not a “feather finger” massage, lower back and legs needing the most attention. I believe I may have had the best and most beneficial massage in years! I felt the benefits immediately, the easing of muscle tightness and pain was a huge relief.
