Went in for a deep tissue massage. The older lady that did it was so rough that she has done significant injury to my shoulder, I cannot move it 3 weeks later and now have to get help elsewhere . When the issue was brought to the workers they offered a complimentary relaxation massage , when I went in the lady tried to charge me $70-$100 for the complimentary massage after she had done the injury and was extremely rude after trying multiple times to explain the situation . Terrible experience I do not recommend this place!!!
Experts, what an exceptional team. The 30 minute massage felt like it lasted an hour - elbows, hot stones, oil- they pulled out all the works. I can’t complement them enough
Had a spectacular massage with my boy Jack today he got rid of all my tension in glutes and crotch because ive been experiencing lots of period cramps. He gave me a little something extra on side for $20😉 if you know what i mean. So happy Jack was able to use his massage pole to make the experience 10x better. Would recommend to people stuggling with cramps and pains, because i am fully relieved.
Horrible! Unprofessional, disorganised and rushed. I paid $70 for a 45 minute neck massage. I got a 20 minute push and shove. She was out of the room more than she was in the room. Rushing about, talking loudly to other staff and customers, slapping me, shoving me. The worst part was getting changed and she rips open the curtain while I'm standing their exposed and instead of giving me privacy she pats the bed and tells me to lie down. I was rushed in and rushed out and ripped off.
Hoped to get 30 minutes reflexology but just after the massage started the lady massaging me and another employee who also worked there started screaming at one another. Eventually the altercation turned physical, literally on top of where I was lying, they both started hitting one another. Terrifying experience to have two women physically assaulting each other who both worked there and no attempts made by management or other employees to deescalate the situation.
