HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.........After going to this place for the past 5 years for contact and eye glass exam at the same time....i am now told that the contact exam was not done and that I would have to pay extra to get the exam....NOT DOING IT....
The worst experience I've ever had. They offer walk ins but really tgey dont. If you get an appointmeny they do not honor ur time given. The two ladies behind the counter are rude and dont care for there customers. After checking they will say your next. They lie and take other customers. I will never return and deal with those two they rather play on there phones and ignore u. Dont go here pick somewhere else.
Walked in at1030am asked if they had any walk in available. She acted put out and said she'd have to ask the doctor because they have a schedule today. Then quickly said it will be a little while then doctor is with a patient have a seat and I'll be with you ehen I can. Very rude and condescending attitude by front desk
