Truly the worst experience when dealing with this office. DO NOT GO HERE. My husband has been waiting 3 weeks for his SAMPLE contact lenses to come in through this office because the doctor refused to write him a prescription for his contact lenses until he tries out this sample. One of the front desk girls called me on the day of my appointment begging me to move my time up to earlier in the day. Front desk girls always have an attitude. they need to be replaced. Until then switching eye doctors. They need an actual manager watching what they are doing because customer service is not for them.
I have been a very satisfied customer for almost twenty years now. My kids and I have never had any issues regarding billing or our eye exams. The staff is friendly. The doctor is knowledgeable and very thorough. Any questions or concerns you have, they will listen. They take many different insurance payments including cash payments. They also accept HSA cards. They take do accept walk ins, but appointments are recommended.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.........After going to this place for the past 5 years for contact and eye glass exam at the same time....i am now told that the contact exam was not done and that I would have to pay extra to get the exam....NOT DOING IT....
The worst experience I've ever had. They offer walk ins but really tgey dont. If you get an appointmeny they do not honor ur time given. The two ladies behind the counter are rude and dont care for there customers. After checking they will say your next. They lie and take other customers. I will never return and deal with those two they rather play on there phones and ignore u. Dont go here pick somewhere else.
