A new mom of twins here. I needed an appointment for my 3 month old for flat head syndrome. We were put on a waiting list and finally got an appointment after weeks. However, being a new mom of premature twins there are a lot of different doctors appointments and I rely on those reminder emails or calls from the doctors offices. Jackie is very, very good at what she does; over the course of only five sessions, she completely remedied our young baby's severe torticollis, and we saw significant improvement as early as the first session. But even more importantly, she always met our baby where he was, bringing a calm energy (and sometimes getting very creative about how to treat him!) that kept him comfortable and content. Can't recommend Mast Clinic more highly.
