Unresponsive and unprofessional. My most recent session (and last one ever) Janet did not provide me with recipes when she said she would send them in a few minutes. I followed up the next day via email requesting my receipts and never heard back. I tried all of the contact methods found on her website. I even called the chiropractor office she works out of to make sure she was ok. They informed me she was fine, with a client and would ask her to call me back. I never heard back.
