I called over a week prior to schedule labor help loading two Pods for my move. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and even thanked me for his upcoming business. The day before the scheduled work date, I was unable to reach the company to confirm their services. All phones went right to voicemail and messages were never returned. The next day, my scheduled time of service came and went, I was left scrambling with zero communication and trying to find another company to help me day of.

I will never use them again. Scheduled a move with them and they never showed up. Kept reassuring me that they were running late, but would be there. By 5pm, he shut off his phone and would not take my calls. So very unprofessional and inconsiderate of others. Had to find another mover at the last minute. I do not reccomend these movers.

I hired this company to do a move job for me on short notice . Not only were they able to meet my time frame they did it at a reasonable price! The men worked very hard on a hot hot day. They were professional and respectful. The owner was on site supervising the men which is good to see. I know most people only like to report the bad and not the good ...

As the owner of Masson movers in all my years of business I never cancel jobs in my 36 years in business. I am a small business owner and book more than one job a day. I tell my customers a range of times and may be a little late of the desired time. I always get the job done.
