After dealing with them and Wells Fargo for over a month to release my annuity, I would recommend ANY company other than them. Their processes are poorly done
Sorry to say that in trying to get money out of my 401k from a previous employer this was the worst experience I have had ,I was helped better by the distribution company and the company that was involved with massmutual basically they were the middleman I felt just in get MY money I had to jump through hoops.
