We need an attorney for my grandson's schooling, and twice now, we've (my daughter and I - each seperately) reached a receptionist, and were told that we'd receive a call, in return. The first call placed was over 2 weeks ago. Not a word from the firm! It resonates that they are disinterested in providing either the services requested, or reasonable communication to address their inability/disinterest in helping with our case.
