As a business owner, I strongly value shopping small/local especially in December. I’ve been in Massey’s half a dozen times and have had normal shopping experiences. This past weekend I was on crunch time for a few last minute gifts and figured this was a great place to stop. Unfortunately, it was my worst shopping experience to date. My kayak needed some repairs and the folks here were super friendly and helpful. They don't do repairs at this location, but they were able to send my kayak to their Covington location (at no additional charge) to someone who could repair it. Thanks for being so flexible and helpful. I'll definitely be back.
