I visited very hesitantly, as I previously had an abysmal experience at Masse's. I was greeted by two absolutely wonderful ladies, who guided us on their in-stock offerings. We ended up settling on a great reclining leather sofa and chair at a very fair discount, because of a small flaw. We added an end table and matching coffee table to our order, as well as a nice lamp. They forgot to deliver our lamp, which I picked up at the store. The shade had marks on it. We bought lazyboy reclining loveseats from here after trying them in the lazyboy store. They were much cheaper through Massey so we were really happy. Little did we know these were nothing like the ones we tried in the lazyboy store. Felt like they had half the padding. Was worried they slapped a lazyboy label on cheap knockoff. Sold them 2 years later. Will never buy from Massey again.

I purchased a electric stove last month 31th october from the store, just after 10 days the stove is sparking, smoke is coming from the board, i went to talk with the manager and as usual she told me to call 1-800 means !!!!!, just after 10 days, i dont think there product is good quality, and service is also bad
