The people operating the phone dispatch are very snotty and rude. Last two months I’ve had four scheduled rides to doctor appointments and all of them they were no-shows. I don’t recommend Massena Transport. I have found that the other company in town, North Country Taxi is much more reliable and friendly.

Great company fair pricing! Always courteous. Great drivers.
In Massena I find that the local Uber drivers have cleaner cars and are more prompt and reliable.
