I had my first experience with this company earlier this year and they got me to UW Whitewater and back in one piece throughout the whole previous semester. The staff at the dispatch are very nice and generous and the drivers I've had have been generous to me so far. The one thing I don't really like is that you can't get a hold of anyone in Massas or schedule a ride on the weekends, which is what I find inconvenient, especially for if I would really need to get a hold of them about anything. The company is a great asset, with the exception of the driver in #43 he is extremely rude and has zero manners. Possibly a class in customer service would do him wonders.

We've had a consistently great experience with the drivers. They're kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the office staff and dispatch coordination have been a major disappointment lately. Canceling rides without explanation, refusing simple requests like adding quick stops, even when it's directly on the road, inable to make arrangements a week in advance, and now, seem unwilling to work with us.
