Finally found the right ashiatsu therapist! Had read a review, saw the picture with handrails on the ceiling and verified it as an alternative to the typical "deep tissue" massage most places offer. If you're unfamiliar with ashiatsu just imagine someone using a rolling pin to work loose tight muscle groups! If you’ve never had a massage before or have any anxiety over massages- this is the place to go. Carolyn is witty, funny, and very upfront about the experience. She helped answer my questions, repeated any instructions I nervously forgot, and made sure to check on me during the massage. She’s knowledgeable, experienced, passionate, and caring. Looking forward to future appointments. Highly recommend her and her cute beach themed office.
