Thumbs down to Lacie! I Started late for a 90-min full-body massage (because of my gift card not working at first) finally went in at 11:07 and Lacie ended at 12:26 instead of at least finishing on time. Lacie didn’t massage glutes or thighs and hardly touched feet. The vibe? Sharp and robotic, not graceful and peaceful. It just sucks paying a professional and getting service that’s equal or worse to what you could get from your wife.
