My husband and I have been members at this location going on 5 years now. Recently FSA spending is being reviewed more closely by UHC and I’ve had to request receipts from this business. I’ve tried getting a hold of the owner and director by email and phone. I received one response to an email to which I had additional questions that are going on one month unanswered. I had a facial here a few months ago and was not very satisfied. The esthetician didn't seem very interested in me. She didn't ask about my skin type, my skin concerns or suggest any products/tools to improve my skin (besides the $95 product they were selling). She was very nice and did a pretty good facial but I don't feel I got what I wanted. I’ve been going here for years and it’s absolutely amazing! The front desk is so understanding and positive. I have yet to find a bad therapist that works there!
Rodney was sent from heaven to destroy knots and tight muscles. He has strong but caring hands. Will be seeing him again next month.
