Poorly run and terrible customer service! My husband accidentally signed a paper pushed in front of him that signed him up for a membership. He was in because he had a back issue but does not really care for massages. After realizing he was being charged monthly for a membership he cancelled it but he was still charged for a couple of months. So he said why don’t you use them because I’ll never go back.
