Beware of this company! They sign you up for a membership, without your knowledge, by having you fill out paperwork before your first session. Then 'surprise' a $79 charge pops up on your charge card next month for services not requested or desired. This borders on fraud! Best to stay clear of them and find anyone else for therapy. If you don't believe me, just look them up in the Better Business Bureau and see the complaints.

My wife & I will NEVER step foot in MassageLuxe of Westchase, again. I purchased a massage Groupon for her & and I for Christmas late Nov '23 and called early Jan '24. The "only" stipulation was " Not valid for clients active within the past 12 months." The lady who booked our massages confirmed that it had been well over a year in 2022 when we were last in, so she took the Groupon #'s and redemption codes to book us. I went to the one on Linebaugh next to Publix. I paid for their membership and I requested a sport massage but I was given a deep tissue massage. When I confronted the front desk person in charge, I ask her to tell me what the difference between a sport massage vs a deep tissue massage. She said she doesn't know the difference. My wife purchased me a gift card so I could buy a promotion massage on their website. You can not use gift cards on their website. Only credit cards. They also do specials like I got, spend $100 get $25 free. The bonus money expires in 90 days. This company does not want to keep customers. It all controlled by corporate and the local shops have no control. They don’t even give you a place to leave comments on their website even though they have a link. It just sends you in circles. This is why I have to give my review here.

In Tampa on Dale Mabry- One of the employees impersonated the owner. She told me she was the owner and said she’d “beat my ass”. When I told the manager Paige that it was unacceptable to call me nearly 20 minutes after I was to start, she rudely snapped and said to go somewhere else next time and then I realized the aesthetician never wore a break though working right on top of my face. These people are rude and unprofessional. They canceled my appointment the day of and couldn’t accommodate me with nothing but another appointment 2 weeks from my original appointment day/time and the time my membership fee is due again. They take $65 faithfully each month but can’t hold up their end. On top of that I tried to cancel my membership on the phone with the lady that called to cancel my appointment and she told me I absolutely cannot and I needed to come inside to do so (unheard of) long story short don’t waste ... read more

The massage techs are good; but the management is deceiving; they offer me a plan for $ 5.00 a month last year and started taking $60.00 from the bank account every month, I realized that by the third months and they have taken $180.00.
