These people are rude and unprofessional. They canceled my appointment the day of and couldn’t accommodate me with nothing but another appointment 2 weeks from my original appointment day/time and the time my membership fee is due again. They take $65 faithfully each month but can’t hold up their end. On top of that I tried to cancel my membership on the phone with the lady that called to cancel my appointment and she told me I absolutely cannot and I needed to come inside to do so (unheard of) long story short don’t waste ... read more
