I am not sure why people are rating this place horrible as i have never had a problem. Signing up is simple and canceling is simple. People make things harder then they have to be sometimes!
Horrible customer service. I did not understand their canellation policy and the general manager told me to just leave. She was rude and tried to demean me with her arrogant attitude. Don't sign on with them, but if you do, read the FINE PRINT!

Terrible. They've got a giant banner out front advertising 38 dollar massages. That's it. No further explanation, which would lead one to believe that a standard massage would be 38 dollars plus tax. When I got in there I was asked if I wanted the hour long massage and they had me fill out the forms and no further questions were asked. When I finished and went to pay, they told me it was 75 bucks. I pointed to the giant sign out front that said 38 dollars.
