My massage by Tao was indescribably good...really. Definitely recommend her!
Loved the combination of techniques and approach to bodywork she takes. I was in need of extreme deep tissue work and at one point had her walking on my back to get as deep as possible. She also incorporated hot stones, stretching, and neck & spine adjustments didn't even need to go to the chiropractor after! 10/10 cant wait to return again next month!
I am honestly not sure how this place has gotten such good reviews. Let me say first that I did not receive a massage from Tao, but from one of her other staff members. I have worked with many talented therapists, and one of my former partners was a massage therapist, so I have a good knowledge of what is expected from knowledgeable professionals. I'd been miserable for a couple of days with neck and back pain. I've been looking for a regular massage therapist for a while. All the 5 star reviews made me decide to give Tao a chance. I'm very glad I did! Tao obviously takes a lot of pride in her work. After a very good firm pressure full body massage where she worked out all my knots, she stretched me in several ways.
