Went here a while back, and Ling gave me a great stretch and massage to help tightness I had. But I must say the room she works out of was unclean and unkept. I won't be returning for that reason only.
Came in about 12:50 .. Message was Great!. I really recommend, she’s very good with stretching and flexibility. Walked out feeling a whole lot better !
I’ve gone to Ling for post-running massages, and she’s wonderful! Best, consistent running massages I’ve had. Superior work on my hamstrings and IT band. Mixed in MFR on tight muscles to the point of a good release. Great listener! Focused on the key areas I requested. I prefer the no-oil approach which is better for MFR. Thought the price was very reasonable. Will routinely return after my long runs and tune ups before races.
