Stopped into their place last week and made an appointment for five days later which they wrote down in their appointment book. However, today when I walked 20 minutes to get there, she said there was no one there to do the Massage this morning and that she would be in later. No one called me to let me know ahead of time or to give me the option of rescheduling before I walked in. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I won’t go back.
Terribly unorganised, was told to wait for an appointment coming up next, to find out there were already 4 bookings ahead of us. Never again !
Great experience. 1 hour full body massage was great and afterwards I felt even better. Thanks guys and girls great work!
Best quick to book massages I've had. I'm a remedial therapist and have had some top tier massages from some massage wizards so I can't give it 5. However they have friendly staff, ease of booking, the therapist I had constantly checked in and read my body language and changed it based on my answer, to a comfortable set up overall this was ace.
