Fantastic massage - didn't need an appointment and staff were friendly - will go back again
Came in looking for good cupping service and deep tissue massage on my back, their service exceeded my expectations and it was really effective even for a competitive athlete. Highly recommend!
Stopped into their place last week and made an appointment for five days later which they wrote down in their appointment book. However, today when I walked 20 minutes to get there, she said there was no one there to do the Massage this morning and that she would be in later. No one called me to let me know ahead of time or to give me the option of rescheduling before I walked in. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I won’t go back.
Terribly unorganised, was told to wait for an appointment coming up next, to find out there were already 4 bookings ahead of us. Never again !
