I've been working with Bruno on Foundation Training for a couple months, and it has been incredible. I had an back injury 6 or so years ago, and it started a whole cascade of aches and pains and seizing, and loss of core strength and flexibility. I worked with Bruno for personal training (virtually) and found him kind, thoughtful and extremely valuable. He is experienced and very intentional about understanding your needs and listening to your questions and experiences. I was amazed by how carefully he picked up on alignment details over the video- and really appreciated the followup he shared after each session. Definitely recommend!
