I just called Massage Works and asked if they take walk ins or if I had to make an appointment to which the receptionist replies “we don’t just have therapists hanging around.” I hung up because I couldn’t believe she had the audacity to speak to a potential new client like that. Because of her attitude, you lost my business before I could give it to you. Good job, Massage Works.
I love this place.
I had a massage a couple weeks ago here. I spent $120 plus tip and was very disappointed. The place was in the basement and smelled so musty and gross. Even through my mask that’s all I could smell. Usually massage places have oils and diffusers and it smells nice and clean and calming. The woman who gave me my massage did a poor job. Nice atmosphere, but my masseuse had nails that were too long and kept digging into my skin.
