Haven’t had a tension headache since starting to see Mai!
Mai has been nothing but amazing. I sat at home healing from a surgery for almost a year and a half. When i started back at the gym to rebuild my body there was a lot of growing pain for about a year and the only thing that seemed to help was bi weekly sessions with Mai. She is very educated on the human body and comes up with several different plans of attack to correct/fix the pain you are having. It's hard after 30 years of massages to find someone that knows what they're doing and Mai does. She's great at adjusting the level of pressure, just speak up. I like deep tissue and she did fantastic, I found my new massage therapist (my last one retired after 20 years. I was nervous to have to try people out and be disappointed.) Mai is fantastic, try her out, you won't be sorry you did.
