Honestly the massage was great, I was super stressed after coming back from a business trip and the pressure on my shoulder was bad so the massage was great for that. However, the massage was $49,99 and at the end I wanted to tip 20% which is $10 and the lady gave me a hard time saying that usually people give at least $20 to $30 which I thought was extremely unprofessional. Been here a few times with my wife and this massage today was by far the best we've had here. Very professional, nice ladies, no rushing, worked stress knots and Lower back very well. Looking forward to our next massage.
Terrible experience. When you walk in there is a weird sign that says indicates you should tip $15 (30%). After my massage I wanted to pay $8(15%) and I handed my masseuse $100, the masseuse tipped herself $15 and when I requested my change because I wanted to tip $8 she refused. She then told me that $15 dollars was mandatory and continued to argue with me for several minutes. Eventually, she went and called her manager who then forced her to give me my change back. I love it here. These ladies go above and beyond to make you feel amazing. I will always be a client here. 1 thing I would love for them to add would be a lymphatic drainage massage. It’s literally the ONLY thing missing. Either way 10 /10
