My daughter is a very skilled high school athlete that was struggling with confidence and playing her game. One session with Tammy and she turned her whole season around. She was ecstatic after the first game and only built on the success she had. I had been trying to help her mental approach without luck and Tammy did exactly what I was trying to do. It was the best thing I ever did for her. Seeing her play the sport she loved while filling her potential made her so happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

This was my first experience with hypnotherapy so I didn’t know what to expect and wasn’t sure how it would go. Tammy was very thorough in asking questions and capturing my input in order to make the most out of the experience. Her pace seemed perfect and was successful in guiding me into the right state of mind. I’m came out of the session relaxed, peaceful, and exhilarated at the same time. The next morning I felt ambitious about achieving my goals. Overall a great experience!
Had my hypnotherapy session yesterday with Tammy and I felt amazing afterwards! My mind and body felt so much lighter and relaxed. Her voice really takes you to a different level of relaxation and loved the statements used within the session. Another thing I really liked was that she sends you right away a recording of your session and you can listen to it as many times as you want.
