First time getting a massage as I pulled my back at work and was recommended by a mate to go see Glenn and bloody hell was it good. Was tentative that it would do anything but i felt so good after i wanted to scream it was like nothing had happened. would recommend to anyone
Glenn's massages are very effective. I have lower back issues which are relieved after my massages with Glenn, more so than with a Chiro or Physio. He is knowledgable, passionate and committed to his practice and as a result, I trust him with reducing my muscle pain, soreness and tension. I am consistently left relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to get back into my sport.
I had been sceptical about the benefits of massage and natural therapies based on some fairly underwhelming experiences in the past.
