As an Ex athlete I have had many treatments over the years. I found Sam who lives locally to me and have had a few sessions to date. Sam is very knowledgable and understanding of sports massage and deep tissue therapy. She has treated my aches and pains successfully helping to put me back together. I will be returning for repeat treatments and have recommended her to a good friend who played semi professional football.
