My massage therapist was taking multiple scheduling phone calls during my massage, on speaker phone. One time an unscheduled customer arrived and she literally opened the door to the private room we were in to talk to him - again, during the massage. At the end she got upset that I didn’t leave her a larger tip. I should have left her nothing at all.
