Disappointed by my last experience - I felt the owner "Tony" lacks business ethics. I booked a remedial massage online and was charged $100 on my credit card upfront. When I attended in person, as I am entitled to a rebate from my health fund, I requested a refund for the difference or a provider number for me to claim with BUPA (this is usually very straight forward).
