Hi], I’ve been coming here for about two years and have usually had good experiences, but unfortunately today’s appointment was very disappointing. I booked a reflexology and neck and shoulder massage, but it seems there was a mix-up with the booking the reception staff gave the therapist the wrong information. She started by doing about five minutes on each foot, then asked me to move for the next part. I explained that I had booked 45 minutes of foot reflexology and 15 minutes of neck and shoulders. I had the $85 massage today at this venue and would not recommend this service. The staff member doing the massage for me was not very good doing the massage. I’ve felt no benefit from this service for the cost
I have used this service a few times and everytime before today was amazing. Today I had the worst experience. My massage therapist Hui kept pushing her elbow into my spine and digging her nails into my shoulders. When she used her hands to massage the pressure was so low, I kept asking her to increase the pressure but she would then swap to her elbow and hurt me. She had no idea what she was doing and I left feeling more sore than I came. It was a horrible experience. I won't be coming back.
I have gone here a few times but won't anymore. I got a back massage and the young girl with her elbow run it up and down my spine over and over and now it is bruised. So sore now and I went to get a massage on my back and neck for a headache I had now not only the headache but bruised spine. Please tell them not to be so hard or on the spine.
Amazing back , neck and shoulder massage! I get regular massages and will be going here from now on ! Thank you so much i feel so much better!
