I went to see Massage Spirit after a couple of long flights because my lower back was aching badly from being wedged in a plane seat, and I also had sore legs from exercise the previous day. I turned up without a prearranged appointment and they managed to squeeze me in within half an hour for a 60 minute full body remedial massage.
