Oriah is a very skilled MT. In only an hour, she relaxed muscles in my neck, face and jaw using methods I'd never had used before, that relieved numbness and tingling down my arm from years of mountain biking and dirt biking. I was skeptical at first but her methods were extremely effective and I left my appt feeling better and moving better than I have in a long time. This is not your everyday, do the same thing to everyone type of massage. She is worth the expense and I highly recommend her.
I have had many massages, from different people over the years. I am 71 with several health issues... hip replacements, arthritis, pace maker, muscle overuse... I've never had a practitioner ask so many questions beforehand. And I've never had such a thorough massage. From my toes to my neck, all my problems were addressed. I've never had anyone work long enough to really address the chronic pain between my shoulder blades, until Oriah worked on me. I can't recommend her enough.
